Non refundable booking deposits may be required during peak booking times, such as Christmas, March Break, etc ...

I have tried to call but I keep getting voicemail.

We check our voicemail frequently.  If your call has not been returned within a reasonable amount of time, perhaps your message was not audible. Please try calling us again.

My female dog is in heat.  Will you still allow us to board her?

Unfortunately no, all dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered.

What should I bring with my dog(s)?

Your own dog food preferably in a plastic container. No glass containers or scoops please. Please be sure to also bring extra food just in case of any unforeseen circumstances. We have 'Blue Buffalo" dog food available (Chicken and Rice) at an additional charge if your dog runs out, but keep in mind, the change may cause digestive upset.

Our kennel provides food dished and water buckets.

A fleece blanket is useful as they dry quickly and feel free to bring some treats your dog enjoys as well.

Up to date copies of annual vaccines are required. Be sure to see our Policies / Information Sheet

Do you give medications?

Yes, there is no extra charge for medication or insulin injections.

Why does my dog need the kennel cough (Bordetella) vaccine?

This vaccine helps protect your dog.  If every dog in the kennel has been vaccinated, the chance of your dog getting sick is decreased. The vaccine is required a minimum of 5-7 days prior to boarding.

Our dog is very nervous and has never boarded before.

If your dog has never boarded with us, we require an overnight visit to assess your dog's needs prior to future boarding appointments.

Can we bring our dogs bed?

We provide a Kuranda bed for all our boarders, so a blanket is all you will need to bring.

We have more than one dog - can they board together?

Dogs are like chocolates, its had to have just one!  If your dogs eat and sleep together normally, we will do our best to board them together as well.

Can we see your kennel for ourselves?

All new clients must make an appointment to see the kennel.  Please note we expect you to bring your dog to this appointment so that we can meet your furbaby too! We do have some great pics on the website of the kennels and play areas.

Do I need to make reservations?

Please contact us as early as possible to reserve a spot as we book up quickly.

Do you have restrictions on the types of dogs you care for?

We do not take aggressive dogs.  We will determine how social your dog is during their initial overnight visit prior to boarding.

What are your business hours?

Please visit the Policies / Information Page for more info

Please note ...

We require first time guests to have a visit to our facility prior to booking. This is a time for you, me, and your dog to feels things out.  We'll then require you book your dog in for one full overnight, prior to the actual booking period to see how your dog fairs being left. If all goes well on the visit, then we can finalize the booking details and pricing, as well as any other special requests you may have.

If you're a returning guest, you obviously won't need the pre-booking visit or the full overnight stay, unless you have a new pet.
