Ready to Book?

Here's a few things you need to know first ...

First time guests or existing clients with new dogs

We require first time guests to have a visit to our facility prior to the booking date. This is a time for you, me, and your dog to feel things out before making a decision.

You will need to complete and submit our 'Booking Form' (below) prior to calling to arrange this pre-booking visit. If all goes well on the visit, then we can finalize the booking details, confirm the required documents are received, and review the agreements

Returning Guests

If you're dog is returning guest, you obviously won't need the pre-booking visit. However, you will need to complete a new booking form. This is so we have up to date info that is current to your dogs present status and to ensure nothing is over looked.

If you're a returning client but with a new dog, we may ask you for a pre-booking visit as described above, before finalizing the booking.

Emergency Medical & Care Authorization.

You will also need to complete an emergency Medical Care agreement on confirmation of booking.

You will be required to complete this form at our Kennels.

This form will authorizing us, on your behalf, in caring for your dog while with us, to take any actions we deem necessary in case your dog needs emergency medical care and authorized us to act on your behalf. This also required that you leave your credit card info with us, and authorization to use it, should your dog require emergency attention from a vet.
